石家庄平原区地下水污染源解析与驱动因素研究
Study on Pollution Source Apportionment and Driving Factors of Groundwater in Shijiazhuang Plain Area Based on Positive Matrix Factorization(PMF)and PSO-AdaBoost Algorithm

Abstract
To systematically evaluate the shallow groundwater quality in the Shijiazhuang Plain and to identify the sources and driving factors of nitrate nitrogen(NO3-N)and certain anion pollution,41 shallow groundwater samples were collected.The modified Nemerow index method was employed for comprehensive water quality assessment,pollution sources were identified using the Positive Matrix Factorization(PMF)model,and the Particle Swarm Optimization-Adaptive Boosting(PSO-Adaboost)algorithm combined with the SHAP method was applied to quantify the driving effects of environmental factors.The results showed that 31.71%of the samples did not meet the Class Ⅲ water quality standard,with an exceedance rate of 29.27%for NO3-N,followed by SO42- and Cl-.These three parameters generally exhibited a spatial pattern of higher concentrations in the west and lower in the east.The modified Nemerow index indicated that 63.41%of the samples were of poor quality.The PMF model identified three sources:industrial and mining activities(29.26%),domestic-agricultural mixed sources(41.78%),and water-rock interactions(28.96%),among which the domestic-agricultural mixed source was the dominant contributor.Environmental factor analysis revealed that soil moisture and population density are the key drivers of this mixed source.Therefore,strengthening wastewater collection and treatment in urban and rural areas,along with optimizing irrigation management,should be prioritized.关键词
