Research progress on the mechanism of acupuncture in treatment of ischemic stroke
摘要
Abstract
Acupuncture treatment for ischemic stroke is characterized by multi-target and multi-pathway effects,in-volving various pathological processes of stroke.This article discusses the mechanisms of acupuncture in treating ischemic stroke from the perspectives of inflammatory response,programmed cell death(apop-tosis,autophagy,ferroptosis,pyroptosis),oxidative stress,angiogenesis,and synaptic plasticity,aiming to provide insights and suggestions for future research.关键词
