CF增强LDPE复合材料的结构调控及性能研究
Structural Regulation and Performance Study of CF Reinforced LDPE Composites

Abstract
Carbon fiber(CF)reinforced low-density polyethylene(LDPE)was employed as the research subject to investigate the effects of CF surface structure and CF content on the properties of LDPE/CF composites.The results showed that CF treated with modifiers could effectively improve the interfacial compatibility between the fibers and the resin matrix,thereby enhancing the fracture strength of the composites.Compared with the LDPE/CF composite prepared by calcination,the fracture strength of the LDPE/CF composite modified with silane coupling agent increased by 4.9%.When the mass fraction of CF reached 25%,the fracture strength of the LDPE/CF composite attained a maximum value of 38.56 MPa,while the bending strength increased to 45.35 MPa.These research findings provided a reference for the application of composites in high-end fields.关键词
