苹果螺、水蕴草搭配养殖对孔雀鱼生长和水质的影响
Effects of Apple Snail or Water Lettuce Co-culture on Guppy Growth and Water Quality

Abstract
To explore the effects of different aquaculture systems on guppy(Poecilia reticulata)growth,wa-ter quality indicators,and ecological benefits,three culture models were established:rearing guppies with water lettuce(Egeria densa)(E1),rearing guppies with apple snails(Maleapomum)(E2),and rearing guppies alone(E3).The results showed:1)In terms of growth and survival,guppies in the E1 group exhibited signifi-cantly higher growth rates and survival rates than those in the E2 and E3 groups,indicating that fish-plant co-culture significantly promotes fish health;2)In terms of water quality regulation,the E1 group signifi-cantly reduced the accumulation of ammonia nitrogen and phosphates through water lettuce absorption,with their concentrations ranking E2>E3>E1(P<0.01),though there was no significant difference between the E3 and E1 groups for ammonia nitrogen and phosphate indicators.Nitrite concentration was E3>E2>E1(P<0.01),reflecting the weaker self-purification ability in the monoculture mode;3)In terms of physiological indica-tors,the glutathione(GSH)content in guppies was higher in the E1 group than in the E2 and E3 groups,but the differences were not statistically significant.The results indicate that the fish-plant co-culture system(E1)had the best long-term performance,effectively improving water quality and enhancing guppy growth.The fish-snail co-culture(E2)may offer certain advantages in the short term but can easily lead to water qua-lity deterioration in the long term.The study provides a scientific basis for green ornamental fish farming and promotes the sustainable development of aquatic ecosystems.关键词
