Analysis of Repairable Queueing System with Working Vacations and Reverse Policy
摘要
Abstract
This paper studies the M/M/1/N repairable queueing system with multiple working vacations and reverse policies,focus-ing on the impact of people's crowding mentality in service systems and how enterprises can maximize profits.The steady-state prob-abilities of the system are derived by using a recursive method,and performance measures such as the average waiting time,the aver-age balking rate,and the average queue length are calculated.In addition,this paper also considers the special case where there is no reverse reneging or feedback during the process.On this basis,we establish the system cost model and consider the average revenue and profit of the system.Finally,in order to better optimize the system,sensitivity analysis is conducted on the system performance measures.Then,cost analysis is performed on the system through numerical examples to reduce the system costs.The results pro-vide the theoretical analysis and reference basis to optimize and control the queues.关键词
