Research Progress on the Mechanism of TCM Treatment of Ulcerative Colitis Based on NLRP3 Pathway
摘要
Abstract
Multiple studies have demonstrated the significant efficacy of the NLRP3 pathway in treating ulcerative coli-tis(UC).In recent years,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has achieved remarkable success in UC prevention and treatment,with growing research focusing on the NLRP3 pathway.The pathogenesis of UC involves multiple aspects inclu-ding immune activation,inflammatory responses,apoptosis,and antioxidant mechanisms.As a key component of the immune system,the NLRP3 signaling pathway promotes the release of inflammatory factors.This article summarizes the mechanisms by which TCM treats UC through the NLRP3 pathway,providing a research foundation for future TCM-based prevention and treatment strategies.关键词
