基于TLR4/NF-κB信号通路中医药改善溃疡性结肠炎基础研究进展
Progress in basic research on TCM improvement of ulcerative colitis based on TLR4/NF-κ B signaling pathway

Abstract
Ulcerative colitis(ulcerative colitis,UC)is a chronic inflammatory intestinal disease,whose pathogenesis involves various signaling pathways,among which the Toll-like receptor 4(Toll-like Receptor4,TLR4)/nuclear factor-κB(Nuclear Factor-κB,NF-κB)signaling pathway plays an important role in the pathogenesis of UC.In recent years,tradition-al Chinese medicine has made significant progress in UC treatment,research found that from the Chinese medicine monomer and extracts,traditional Chinese medicine compound,acupuncture,acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint application com-prehensive analysis of traditional Chinese medicine can regulate TLR4/NF-κB signal pathway,make promote inflammatory factors and anti-inflammatory factors,balance the intestinal flora,protect the intestinal mucosal barrier,improve UC symp-toms and pathophysiological process,is expected to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of UC.关键词
