中医药防治抗结核药物相关不良反应的研究进展
Advances in Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Prevention and Management of Adverse Reactions Induced by Anti-Tuberculosis Drugs
摘要
Abstract
The proportion of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in China remains high,and chemotherapy is often ac-companied by adverse drug reactions(ADRs)such as hepatotoxicity,gastrointestinal disturbances,and hematological abnor-malities,which compromise treatment efficacy and adherence.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),guided by the princi-ples of"strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors"and syndrome differentiation,has shown multi-target advantages in symptom relief,immune modulation,and ADR mitigation.Additionally,appropriate external thera-pies such as acupoint application,herbal hot compress,auricular acupressure,and acupuncture enhance the synergistic effects of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.This review summarizes advances in in vitro and clinical studies on TCM for the prevention and management of ADRs induced by anti-tuberculosis drugs,providing a reference for clinica l practice and regimen optimization.关键词
