参芪糖肾方治疗气阴两虚夹瘀型早期糖尿病肾脏病临床疗效观察
Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Shenqi Tangshen Formula on Diabetic Kidney Disease of Qi And Yin Deficiency with Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Shenqi Tangshen Formula in early-stage patients with diabetic kidney disease(DKD)of qi and yin deficiency with blood stasis type.Methods Early-stage DKD patients with qi and yin deficiency,and blood stasis type were randomly assigned to a control group or a treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received dapagliflozin,with the treatment group additionally receiving Shenqi Tangshen Formula.After 8 weeks,relevant biochemical indicators were analyzed,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results Both groups exhibited significant reductions in TCMSS,FPG,2 h PBG,Scr,BUN,β2-MG,CysC,and UAER,along with a significant increase in eGFR after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group post-treatment,the treatment group showed significantly lower levels of TCMSS,FPG,2 h PBG,Scr,β2-MG,CysC,and UAER,as well as a significantly higher eGFR(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Tangshen Formula demonstrates significant clinical efficacy in early-stage DKD patients with qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis type.It effectively alleviates clinical symptoms,improves glycemic control,and exerts renal protective effects.关键词
