摘要

Abstract

This paper compared the physicochemical properties and catalytic performance differences of several hydrodesulfurization(HDS)catalysts.The physicochemical properties of the catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,SEM elemental mapping,HRTEM,and XPS.Further,the supergeometric average method was adopted to quantify the main physicochemical properties of the catalysts,and a mathematical model was built for the relationship between the physicochemical properties of the catalyst and HDS catalytic performance.Experimental results indicate that imported sulfided catalysts IC1 and IC2 have larger pore volumes and pore diameters,while domestic sulfided catalysts DC1,DC2,and DC3 exhibit higher metal dispersion and surface Mo content.Under the same reaction conditions,DC2 exhibits the highest HDS catalytic performance,followed by DC3 and IC1,with DC1 showing slightly inferior performance and IC2 having the worst performance.The average relative deviation of the model fitting is 1.14%,indicating a high degree of model fit and good prediction accuracy.
