摘要

Abstract

The CO2 capture and regeneration performance of monoethanolamine(MEA)-ethanol-water ternary absorbent were investigated.By optimizing MEA content,solvent ratio,absorption temperature,and regeneration conditions,the effects of the ternary absorbent on CO2 absorption load,absorption rate,regeneration efficiency,and cyclic stability were thoroughly explored.The results indicate that under conditions of MEA content of 20%(φ)and water and ethanol each at 40%(φ)(A3),the system achieves a maximum absorption load of 0.66 mol/mol at 303.15 K,significantly superior to conventional aqueous MEA solutions.Regeneration was performed for 1 h at 383.15 K.The regeneration efficiency reaches 75.59%,and the A3 ternary absorbent retains 56.1%regeneration efficiency after 6 cycles,with regeneration energy consumption being notably lower than that of conventional aqueous MEA solutions.Corrosion tests reveal that the 180 d corrosion rate of carbon steel in the A3 ternary absorbent does not exceed 13%.
