桥本甲状腺炎中医证型相关性研究进展
Research Progress on the Correlation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Patterns in Hashimoto's Thyroiditis

Abstract
Objectivized studies on syndrome differentiation and classification of Hashimoto's thyroiditis(HT)in recent years are summarized.The results showed that much progress has been made in the study of the correlation between syndrome differen-tiation and classification of HT and thyroid function and antibody indexes,thyroid ultrasound features,related candidate genes,and proteomics.Clinically,this disease belongs to the pattern of deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,intermingled deficiency and excess.The type of syndrome is closely related to the relevant clinical physical and chemical indicators.The com-mon syndrome types in the early stage are mainly characterized by liver depression and qi stagnation,spleen deficiency with phlegm turbidity,damp heat and other empirical manifestations.In the middle and late stages,it is mostly due to spleen kidney yang deficiency with blood stasis,phlegm,and dampness.However,clinical studies of HT currently lack a nationally standard-ized traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.Through the development of a unified standardization of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine syndrome,especially through the combination of modern medical objectification indicators to form a more consistent quantita-tive and objective indexes of traditional Chinese medicine.This is more conducive to promoting and improving standardized tradi-tional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of HT.关键词
