Discussion on the Prevention and Treatment of"inflammation-Cancer Transformation"in Ulcerative Colitis Based on the Theory of"Deficiency,Phlegm,Stasis and Toxicity"in Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
The"inflammation-cancer transformation"of ulcerative colitis(UC)is the process of UC from inflammation-atypical hyperplasia-carcinoma,in the process of disease transformation,spleen deficiency is the basis of disease develop-ment,phlegm and stasis are the driving factors of disease development,and toxicity is the key to disease deterioration."The"deficiency,phlegm,stagnation and toxicity"play an important role in the development and evolution of the symptoms of UC.By reviewing relevant literature,the author explored the modern biological basis of UC"inflammation and cancer transformation"based on the theory of"deficiency,phlegm,stasis and toxicity"and sorted out the prevention and treatment mechanism of UC"inflammation and cancer transformation"by Chinese medicine.We propose that the prevention and treatment of UC"inflamma-tion and transformation"should be done precisely in stages,and the treatment of deficiency,phlegm,stasis,and detoxification should be carried out throughout the prevention and treatment;Chinese medicine mainly reduces the level of pro-inflammatory factors,lowers blood viscosity,removes endotoxins,etc.to invigorate the blood,dissolve phlegm and detoxify the toxins,and adjusts immunity to achieve the prevention and treatment of UC"inflammation and transformation".The purpose of"inflamma-tion and cancer transformation".It is hoped that this paper can provide some theoretical basis for Chinese medicine to intervene and block the development of UC"inflammation and cancer transformation".关键词
