Research Progress on the Mechanisms of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Based on Multi-Omics
摘要
Abstract
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a common cardiovascular condition characterized by symptoms such as chest tightness,chest pain,palpitations,and shortness of breath.Its pathogenesis is primarily associated with lipid metabolism disor-ders,inflammatory immune responses,endothelial dysfunction,oxidative stress,and thrombosis formation.Currently,treatment is mainly based on Western medicine;however,issues such as suboptimal drug efficacy and adverse reactions remain.Tradition-al Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of CHD,demonstrating good safety and toler-ance.The integration of multi-omics technologies is gradually revealing the systems biology mechanisms by which TCM exerts therapeutic effects through the regulation of a"gene-protein-metabolite"multidimensional network.This article aims to review the latest advancements in the application of multi-omics technologies in the study of the mechanisms of TCM in the treatment of CHD,systematically elaborating on its characteristics of multi-component,multi-target,and integrated regulation,providing a theoretical basis for the modernization of TCM research and its clinical application.关键词
