改良太乙神针联合少腹逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性前列腺炎/慢性盆腔疼痛综合征临床研究

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy of Modified Taiyi Shenzhen combined with Modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome(CP/CPPS).Methods:Eighty patients were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction,and the observation group additionally received Modified Taiyi Shenzhen.Results:After treatment,the scores in all dimensions of the NIH-CPSI decreased in both groups,with significantly lower scores in the observation group(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores also decreased in both groups,with lower scores in the observation group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P=0.04).Conclusion:Modified Taiyi Shenzhen combined with Modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction demonstrates good efficacy in the treatment of CP/CPPS.关键词
