摘要

Abstract

To elucidate the mechanical response of rocks under dynamic loading,based on previous scholars' research on the characteristics of stress-strain curves under different strain rates,an expression for the co-evolution of damage variables with strain and strain rate was obtained by research on the relationship between energy dissipation and damage variables;Based on the Zhu-Wang-Tang(Z-W-T)model framework,a dynamic damage constitutive model of rocks was built;Both strain hardening/softening effects and strain rate-induced hardening/softening effects were considered simultaneously.The comparative results of the measured dynamic stress-strain curves of sandy mudstone and concrete indicate that the prediction of the proposed model shows close agreement with experimental data,indi-cating good applicability and rationality.This research finding can provide a useful reference for further exploration of the dynamic constitutive relations of rock-like materials and the engineering applications.
