摘要

Abstract

In the face of the high speed railway transportation network with highly interconnected spatio-temporal resources,risk event disturbances affect not only the travel experience of passengers but also the overall quality and efficiency of railway transportation.Therefore,emergency management and control under risk events has become a critical and urgent issue.This review constructed a technical analysis framework for high speed railway risk management from three stages:before,during,and after the event disturbances.The pre-event stage focused on risk perception and early warning,schedule optimization,and preventive measures.The in-event stage analyzed the control requirements of section,line,and network scenarios,and discussed dispatching optimization objectives,dynamic programming models,and solution algorithms.The post-event stage explored the deep mining and application of historical disruption data from two dimensions:risk impact assessment and risk management decision-making.It is suggested to take data-model dual-driven and full-chain dynamic coordination as the guidance to further strengthen the expanded application of technologies such as multi-source data fusion and uncertainty modeling and simulation in this field.The research provides references for improving the emergency dispatching management capability and decision-making level of high speed railway.
