Evaluation of Green Logistics Efficiency and Analysis of Influencing Factors in Yangtze River Economic Belt under Background of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality"

Abstract
Based on the relevant data of 11 provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2022,the undesirable Super-SBM model and Malmquist model were applied to analyze the changing trend of green logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and the Tobit model was used to conduct regression analysis on its influencing factors.The results show that the overall green logistics efficiency in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2022 shows an upward trend,but the average efficiency value is less than 1,and there is a problem of unbalanced development of green logistics efficiency among various regions.The total factor productivity of green logistics in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is greater than 1;its dominant factor is the progress of logistics technology,and the total factor productivity of green logistics shows a trend of initially increasing,then decreasing,and increasing again.The infrastructure utilization rate,environmental regulation intensity,and scientific and technological innovation level have a significant positive impact on green logistics efficiency;the economic development level and energy consumption intensity have a significant negative impact on green logistics efficiency;while the regional industrial structure,government financial input in logistics,and green logistics efficiency of the Yangtze River Economic Belt have no significant correlation.Based on the research results,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed.关键词
