川南地区农户科技人才培训意愿影响机理研究
Research on the Influence Mechanism of Farmers'Willingness to Participate in Science and Technology Talent Training in Southern Sichuan

Abstract
To reveal the influencing mechanism of Southern Sichuan farmers'willingness to participate in scientific and technological talent training and to improve the precision of training and policy effectiveness,this study drew on survey data from 601 farming households in Southern Sichuan.It integrated the"stimulus-organism-response"framework with the sustainable livelihoods framework to construct an analytical model covering external environment,policy perception,and livelihood capital.A binary logistic regression model was employed to empirically test the influencing mechanism of farmers'willingness to participate in scientific and technological talent training.The findings showed that the degree of government support,perception of policy effectiveness,and expectation of policy development all had significant positive effects on farmers'participation willingness,indicating that farmers'decisions rely on a ratio-nal assessment of training effectiveness and sustainability.Natural capital(cultivated land area,water resource endowment),physical capital(agricultural production tools),financial capital(share of agricultural income),and human capital(education level)all had sig-nificant positive effects on participation willingness,highlighting the matching logic between resource endowment and technological demand.In contrast,variables such as social networks and transportation conditions were not significant,reflected that farmers'decisions focus more on tangible resources and policy trust.In summary,a precision training system that integrates"material and technical support",policy actions based on"credible commitments",and mobilization strategies that emphasize"subgroup stratification and demand targeting"should be established to enhance farmers'willingness to participate and contribute to the revitalization of rural talent formance,and productive life,but also enhanced their economic benefits and sustainable development capabilities.关键词
