云浮市土地利用变化及其开发利用效率
Land use change and its utilization efficiency of Yunfu City
摘要
Abstract
To explore the synergistic relationship between land use change and development and utilization efficiency,the changing trend of land use in the study area and its inherent laws from 1990 to 2020 were analyzed using the dynamic degree index and the average center and standard deviation ellipse in metric geographic analysis based on the land use status data of Yunfu City in 1990,2000,2010,and 2020,and the land development and utilization efficiency in Yunfu City was studied using the framework of data envelopment analysis(DEA)combined with socio-economic statistical data.The results show that the land use changes in Yunfu City are mainly characterized by the decrease of forest land area and the increase of construction land area.The changes of land type mainly occur in the southeast and northeast directions of the research area,and show a trend of aggregation from west to east,which is consistent with the development idea and positioning of the local government of eastward integration into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The overall efficiency of land development and utilization in the region maintains a relatively good stability from a long-term perspective,although the efficiency of land development and utilization fluctuates slightly in different research periods.The change of land use and the efficiency of development and utilization are highly consistent with the situation of socio-economic development,and the efficiency of land development and utilization objectively reflects the quality of regional economic development and the degree of utilization of land resources by economic activities.关键词
