摘要

Abstract

In order to efficiently solve the problem of phosphorus pollution in water around phosphogypsum stockyard,high-concentration polyphosphate-accumulating organisms were enriched from the soil where phosphogypsum was stored,and they were used to remove phosphorus from the phosphogypsum-polluted water.Total phosphorus concentrations in water were measured using UV-visible spectrophotometer.The migration pathways of soluble phosphorus in phosphogypsum and the ef-fects of carbon-to-nitrogen ratio and tall fescue duckweed on phosphorus removal efficiency of polyphosphate-accumulating organisms were explored.The results showed that:① Total phosphorus concentrations of phosphogypsum immersed in water remained stable at 1.965 mg/L,far exceeding the Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838-2002).②The carbon-to-nitrogen ratio in water affected the phosphorus removal efficiency of polyphosphate-accumulating organisms.Under other optimal conditions,the highest phosphorus removal rate of 94.95%was achieved at a carbon-to-nitrogen ratio of 32∶1.③ In addition to directly absorbing phosphorus,tall fescue duckweed can also provide oxygen for polyphosphate-accumulat-ing organisms,thereby achieving a synergistic effect of phosphorus removal by polyphosphate-accumulating organisms.
