Measurement on the Development Level of New Quality Productivity in the Yangtze River Economic Belt:Regional Differences and Dynamic Evolution

Abstract
The Yangtze River Economic Belt is an important economic axis connecting the north and the south in China's re-gional development pattern,and undertakes the strategic function of promoting domestic and foreign economic cooperation and ex-changes.New quality productivity,as an advanced productivity form that conforms to the new development concept,has the attri-butes of high technology,high efficiency and high quality,and can provide strong support for regional high-quality development.It is of great significance to systematically investigate the development status of new quality productivity in the Yangtze River Eco-nomic Belt.This paper is based on the panel data of 11 provinces in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2013 to 2023,and then constructs an evaluation index system of new quality productivity and carries out measurement.The results show that the develop-ment level of new quality productivity in the Yangtze River Economic Belt shows a steady upward trend,but there exists signifi-cant regional imbalance,which is specifically manifested as a spatial pattern of the downstream area leading,the midstream area following,and the upstream area relatively lagging behind.The development level of new quality productivity in the Yangtze River Economic Belt presents obvious spatial agglomeration characteristics,and the agglomeration effect continues to strengthen over time,the coordinated development effect among regions is gradually enhanced.关键词
