普通稠油冷采驱油实验研究
Experimental study on cold oil displacement of ordinary heavy oil

Abstract
Aiming at the problems of high cost and environmental risk of heavy oil thermal recovery,low viscosity of heavy oil and difficult treatment of produced fluid for cold recovery,a self-made viscosity reducing oil displacement agent ODA-1 was used in this study.Its performance was evaluated by laboratory experiments,and the oil displacement parameters were optimized by physical simulation experiment system.The results show that increasing the concentration of ODA-1 in the displacement fluid can effectively reduce heavy oil viscosity;appropriately controlling the displacement rate helps inhibit water channeling and improve sweep efficiency;both elevated temperature and increased salinity promote the diffusion of ODA-1 molecules into the heavy oil phase,thereby enhancing viscosity reduction and oil displacement efficiency.Under the conditions of porosity of 34.74%,permeability of approximately 1 000 mD,oil saturation of approximately 85%,salinity of 10×104 mg/L,and formation temperature of 40℃,the displacement experiment of heavy oil with viscosity of 9 630 mPa·s was carried out using 1.0 wt%ODA-1 displacement fluid at an injection rate of 0.3 mL/min.The recovery degree was 47.33%,the viscosity of produced heavy oil decreased to 5 500 mPa·s at 40℃,with a viscosity reduction rate of 42.88%.The ODA-1 oil displacement agent developed in this study demonstrates a significant viscosity reduction effect on 9 630 mPa·s heavy oil at 40℃.It not only effectively improves crude oil recovery but also enables automatic oil-water separation and recycling with zero carbon emissions throughout the entire process.This study provides a new technical approach and theoretical basis for the green and efficient development of high-salinity,medium-to-low permeability heavy oil reservoirs and has important reference value and demonstration significance for promoting low-carbon exploitation of unconventional oil and gas resources.关键词
