Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of incomplete Kawasaki disease(IKD)and provide reference for early identification of IKD in primary hospitals. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 30 pediatric patients with IKD hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics at Hengzhou People's Hospital from January 2020 to August 2025.The fever patterns, incidence of clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory abnormalities, echocardiographic findings, and treatment responses were recorded. Results All children with IKD presented with persistent fever(≥5 days).Early clinical symptoms and signs were primarily characterized by cervical lymphadenopathy(63.3%),conjunctival congestion(53.3%),and chapped lips/strawberry tongue(43.3%),and rash(40.0%).The incidence of hand and foot swelling(6.7%)was relatively low,and peeling of the fingertips and perianal area(26.7%)appeared later in the course of the disease. The distribution of symptoms and signs was scattered, making the condition easily confused with respiratory infections, acute cervical lymphadenitis, and other diseases.Laboratory findings primarily included erythrocyte sedimentation rate>20 mm/h(100.0%),platelet count≥579×109/L(83.3%),C-reactive protein≥10 mg/L(93.3%),plasma D-dimer≥0.5 mg/L(76.7%),neutrophil percentage>57%(73.3%),white blood cell count>14.6×109/L(50.0%),and hemoglobin<97 g/L(40.0%).The incidence of coronary dilation reached 40.0%.After treatment with intravenous human immunoglobulin(2 g/kg)combined with Aspirin, all pediatric patients achieved normal body temperature, with most recovering within 1-2 days, indicating favorable prognosis. Conclusion The clinical features of IKD are persistent fever, scattered atypical symptoms and signs, and abnormal inflammation and coagulation indexes.Early cardiac ultrasound examination is helpful to find coronary artery lesions.关键词
