Energy and Reserve Scheduling of Integrated Electricity-heating System Based on Distributionally Robust Optimization

Abstract
To address the co-optimization problem of day-ahead energy and reserve in an integrated electricity-heating system considering the flexibility of district heating network,this paper proposes a distributionally robust optimization model.The proposed model uses participation factor vectors to characterize reserve allocation among conventional generators and combined heat and power units,and the system reserve requirement is represented as a function of wind power forecast error.To improve tractability,convex quadratic relaxation is adopted for the pressure-loss constraints of the district heating network,and the fixed-coefficient linearization method is used for the pipeline temperature-drop equations.The original nonlinear scheduling model is thereby reformulated as a solvable second-order cone programming model.Case studies on a six-node integrated elec-tricity-heating system show that,at the 95%reliability level,the proposed model can reduce the out-of-sample constraint viola-tion risk,ensure reliable operation of the integrated electricity-heating system,and avoid real-time rescheduling of the day-ahead heat power plan.关键词
