摘要

Abstract

This paper proposes a design method of manufacturing planning production line for small and medium-sized agricul-tural machinery parts manufacturing enterprises based on 3D virtual simulation technology and using Unity3D as the main de-velopment platform.The method carries out production control planning for manufacturing target parts,builds virtual twins,and plans the production control process.The test results show that the manufacturing planning production line of the bearing ring and bearing sleeve designed based on the proposed method has higher visualization degree,realizes virtual and real mutual control,and has less communication delay,which can reduce the problems in the actual production process to a certain extent,and reduce the production control cost,so as to achieve effective and efficient production planning.
