Fault Diagnosis for Shenhua Trucks Based on State Repair Digital Model

Abstract
In order to solve the problems of over-repair and under-repair in train trucks maintenance,this study proposes a fault diagnosis method for trucks based on state repair digital model.The proposed method applies high-speed radio frequency doc-king mobile pass-through detection,which can quickly transmit sensor information when the train passes by.Using 3D infrared structured light to construct image model,data collection of high-speed trains is realized.An improved Kalman filter is intro-duced to construct a sensor data calculation model,aiming at the problem of the difference between the freight volume and the vehicle shape,weight changes are added to the neural network model to jointly form the state repair digital model.In the simu-lation experiment,the method of first inputting positive samples and then mixed samples is used to achieve a correct fault diag-nosis rate of 97%.The proposed system can achieve 8%economic benefit in about 10 years of investment.关键词
