Abstract
With the deepening implementation of the unified real estate registration system,historically accumulated data quality issues have become increasingly prominent,posing constraints on data application and operational collaboration.Based on the practical context of the in-depth integration and governance project of real estate registration data in City A,this paper systematically analyzes typical challenges encoun-tered during cadastral data governance.These include topological errors in spatial data,redundancy in virtual and temporary object data,logi-cal inconsistencies in building-floor tables,mismatches between registration data and cadastral data,and difficulties in handling historical leg-acy data.In response,a systematic governance framework of"classification,identification,governance,and quality inspection"is proposed,along with specific approaches to address issues such as virtual objects,spatial overlaps,duplicate building-floor tables,and registration link-age inconsistencies.The study demonstrates that rule-driven processes,workflow optimization,and collaboration between technical and opera-tional teams can significantly enhance data quality and usability.关键词
