Exploring the Mechanism and Path of Promoting the Construction of the Community for Chinese Nation through Public Cultural Services:Based on Practical Experience in Sichuan Ethnic Areas

Abstract
Public cultural services embody the core ideas,values and principles of national development,serving as vital carriers for building social consensus and spreading traditional Chinese culture.By optimizing the quality of public cultural services and enhancing their adaptability,equitability,and inclusiveness,the values they convey can be meaning-fully integrated into the daily lives of grassroots communities,achieving an effective alignment between cultural services and public needs.As an important medium through which all ethnic groups come to understand national policies and guidelines,public cultural services perform the dual function of information dissemination and value guidance.Building a high-quality public cultural service system therefore helps strengthen the"five identifications"among all ethnic groups and provides solid cultural support for advancing the construction of the sense of community for the Chinese nation.The adaptability,equitability,and inclusiveness of public cultural services furnish the spiritual,material,and social founda-tions for this endeavor.Expanding the accessibility of public cultural services enhances national identity awareness among all ethnic groups;improving the precision of public cultural services strengthens national identity recognition;and reinforc-ing innovation in public cultural services consolidates Chinese cultural confidence.关键词
