GRAS基因在梭梭幼苗生长发育过程的表达分析
Expression Analysis of GRAS Genes in the Growth and Development of Haloxylon ammodendron Seedlings
摘要
Abstract
The GRAS transcription factor family plays a central regulatory role in plant growth and develop-ment,hormone signaling, and stress adaptation. This study aimed to systematically identify members of the GRAS gene family in the desert woody C4 plant H.ammodendron and to analyze their molecular charac-teristics and expression patterns.Using bioinformatic approaches,we performed genome-wide identification of the GRAS gene family in H.ammodendron and conducted comprehensive analyses of the protein physi-cochemical properties, chromosomal localization, conserved motifs, domain composition, phylogenetic rela-tionships,collinearity,and promoter cis-acting elements of its members. The results demonstrated that the GRAS transcription factor family in H.ammodendron consists of 26 members, which can be divided into 8 conserved subfamilies. The cis-acting element analysis revealed that the promoter region of the GRAS tran-scription factor family contains light-responsive,hormone-responsive and stress-responsive elements.Ex-pression analysis revealed that 26 GRAS genes exhibited significant spatiotemporal specificity, with 34.6%and 23.1%of genes, respectively, showing significantly upregulated expression during assimilative branch formation and mature assimilative branch stages(C4 metabolic pathway)compared to the cotyledon stage(C3 metabolic pathway).Protein interaction network prediction indicated that SCL23,SHR,SCL9,and SCL3 formed a core interaction module. This study provides a theoretical basis and candidate gene re-sources for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying growth, development, and photosynthetic transition in H.ammodendron.关键词
