杜仲不同部位化学成分分析及其降脂活性研究
Study on analysis of chemical constituents of different parts of Eucommia ulmoides and their hypolipidemic activity

Abstract
To investigate the differences in chemical composition and content of different parts of Eucommia ulmoides and to explore their hypolipidemic activity of related extractions in vitro,the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the chemical constituents of different parts of Eucommia ulmoides were cconducted by UPLC-MS/MS and HPLC techniques.The re-sults showed that 81 compounds were found in Eucommia ulmoides barks,90 compounds in Eucommia ulmoides leaves,67 compounds in Eucommia uulmoides flowers and 53 com-pounds in Eucommia ulmoides seeds,and that Eucommia ulmoides bark and Eucommia ul-moides leaves exhibited the highest degree of similarity with 64 identical active compounds.The contents of kynurenine glycosides,pinoresinol diglucoside and quercetin were higher in Eucommia ulmoides bark than in other part,the contents of chlorogenic acid,catechin and ru-tin were higher in Eucommia ulmoides leaves than in other part.The contents of the chemical compounds of Eucommia ulmoides flowers and seeds were lower than those of Eucommia ul-moides bark and leaves.The in vitro bile acid salt binding rates of Eucommia ulmoides bark and leaves were 71.34%and 69.16%,and the inhibition rates of cholesterol were 78.47%and 76.18%,respectively,with no significant difference.This study clearly demonstrated the differences in the chemical composition of different parts of Eucommia ulmoides.Moreover,the lipid-lowering activity of Eucommia ulmoides leaves is comparable to that of Eucommia ulmoides bark,and Eucommia ulmoides leaves have great potential to replace or supplement Eucommia ulmoides bark in the pharmaceutical and food industries.关键词
