Abstract
Against the backdrop of ongoing public hospital reform in the new era,medical staff face multiple challenges,including increased workloads and a more complex practice environment.Their professional identity and work well-being have be-come key factors influencing the quality of medical services and the stability of the healthcare workforce.As an important mass or-ganization within hospital,the trade union has unique advantages in safeguarding staff rights and interests,providing employee support,and fostering organizational culture,and serves as a key mechanism for improving the psychological and professional well-being of medical staff.Especially under the new medical reform policy oriented toward public welfare and focused on quality and efficiency improvement,the traditional trade union service model requires transformation toward a more systematic,special-ized,and human-centered approach to align with the hospital's high-quality development goals.Based on the theories of profes-sional identity,work well-being,and trade union functions,this paper systematically analyzes the mechanisms through which trade union services in a public hospital enhance medical staff's professional identity and work well-being,and proposes corre-sponding strategic approaches.The trade union enhances professional identity by strengthening perceived organizational support,highlighting the social value of the medical professions,and safeguarding legitimate rights and interests.Additionally,by promo-ting work-life balance,fostering a positive organizational culture,and supporting career development,it effectively improves staff work well-being.It is recommended that trade unions in public hospital optimize service content,innovate working methods,strengthen strategic coordination with hospital management,and establish a scientific evaluation and feedback mechanism to a-chieve systematic and precise service delivery,thereby providing strong soft-power support for the high-quality development of public hospitals and the implementation of the"Healthy China"strategy.关键词
