医学院校党建引领新时代红医文化发展的现状、困境与实现机制研究

Abstract
In the new era,Red Medical Culture has taken on richer contemporary significance alongside the development of the red health cause led by the Communist Party of China.Against this backdrop,how to leverage the political,organizational,and ideological advantages of Party organizations in medical colleges to promote the creative transformation and innovative develop-ment of Red Medical Culture through high-quality Party-building has become a topic of significant theoretical and practical impor-tance.Through an in-depth analysis of the theoretical foundations of Party-building leadership in promoting Red Medical Culture in medical colleges,and based on a questionnaire survey of 198 undergraduate students from three majors at Shanghai University of Medicine and Health Sciences,this study objectively evaluates the current practices and key challenges.Then,building on an analysis of the goal orientation and core principles,it explores the mechanisms for Party-building leadership in promoting Red Medical Culture in the new era,covering aspects such as organizational support,resource integration,deep integration,cultural dissemination,and long-term construction.关键词
