Pathways to high-quality development of discipline inspection and supervision in university-affiliated hospitals:a self-reform perspective

Abstract
The Party's theory of self-reform provides the fundamental guidance for discipline inspection and supervision in the new era.University-affiliated hospitals,serving as hubs that integrate medical care,education,and research,have the quality of their discipline inspection and supervision work directly linked to the implementation of the"Healthy China"strategy and the mission of fostering virtue through education.Based on the theoretical framework of self-reform,this paper systematically analyzes the current challenges faced by discipline inspection and supervision in university-affiliated hospitals,including institu-tional implementation,disciplinary accountability,team building,information-driven oversight,and integrity culture.It proposes six integrated practical pathways,offering theoretical and practical references for advancing governance modernization in universi-ty-affiliated hospitals and improving the political ecosystem in the medical field.关键词
