结构功能主义视域下增强公立医院党组织政治功能和组织功能的路径探析

Abstract
Strengthening the political and organizational functions of Party organizations in public hospitals is a major task for improving the quality of Party building and guiding high-quality development in the new era.Guided by Parsons'structural functionalism,this paper constructs an analytical framework and examines current practical dilemmas faced by these Party organi-zations,including the superficiality of political functions,hollow institutional development,and fragmented organizational struc-tures.Taking Fudan University Shanghai Cancer Center as a case study,this paper proposes practical pathways from three dimen-sions--value guidance,system implementation,and organizational empowerment--encompassing context-based theoretical learn-ing,checklist-based decision-making,and precision-oriented organizational development.This aims to provide a systematic solu-tion for transforming the Party's political and organizational advantages into effective hospital governance.关键词
