Abstract
Heavy workloads and irregular shift schedules are the norm in hospital settings,necessitating a workplace cul-ture built on mutual understanding and support.However,the trend of workplace atomism,which prioritizes individual interests at the expense of colleagues and the collective,undermines both team harmony and operational efficiency.Party-building leader-ship counteracts this by fostering a cohesive sense of community.It enhances organizational mobilization capacity,improves insti-tutional support mechanisms,and strengthens coordinated action.This approach effectively transcends workplace atomism and bolsters team unity,providing a viable pathway for building a workplace community centered on"mutual recognition."关键词
