Abstract
Objective To develop a whole-process nursing quality evaluation system for continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)using tracer methodology and the Delphi method,thereby providing a scientific basis for CRRT nursing quality assessment.Methods A literature review,investigations based on the on-site tracer methodology,and two rounds of Delphi ex-pert consultation were used to establish an inspection framework and subsequently a whole-process nursing quality evaluation sys-tem.Results Both rounds achieved a 100%response rate,with an expert authority coefficient of 0.837 and Kendall's Wvalues of0.216 and 0.212 for the first and second rounds,respectively.The final system comprises six primary indicators,36 secondary indicators,and 73 tertiary inspection items.Conclusion The resulting inspection system is systematic,scientifically rigorous,and innovative.It covers all aspects of the CRRT nursing process and serves as a standardized,dynamic,and systematic refer-ence tool for nursing quality evaluation.关键词
