摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of aerospace,nuclear energy,and weaponry,the demand for materials capable of meeting stringent service conditions is progressively increasing,imposing higher requirements on the high-temperature mechanical properties of materials used in critical structural components.Therefore,scientifically investigating and rationally analyzing the thermal-mechanical coupling relationships of materials,deeply understanding the evolution of the structure and properties of thermal-mechanical coupling protection materials with temperature,identifying the key factors controlling performance,and optimizing material preparation processes are of great scientific significance and engineering value for enhancing the service safety and reliability of equipment.Starting from the chemical composition and structure of materials and their influence mechanisms on thermal and mechanical properties,this paper summarizes a large number of domestic and foreign researches on thermal and mechanical protection in different application scenarios.On the whole,the development status of thermal protection,mechanical protection,and thermal-mechanical coupling protection materials are analyzed,and the method of realizing thermal-mechanical coupling impact protection through material design is outlined.It is expected to provide references for the development of various aerospace,advanced equipment,and defense materials.
