Research progress in antiplatelet therapy for cerebral small vessel disease
摘要
Abstract
Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a major cause of ischemic stroke recurrence and cognitive impairment,and its antiplatelet therapy has become a core issue in current clinical research.However,CSVD itself has dual pathological characteristics of"ischemia"and"hemorrhage",which poses a huge challenge to clinical treatment decisions.This article systematically reviews the research progress of antiplatelet therapy under different CSVD imaging features,providing a reference for clinical practice.关键词
