Research progress of cardiac autonomic nerve regulation in heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Heart failure(HF)is a serious cardiovascular disease with high morbidity and mortality,and its poor prognosis is comparable to that of some malignant tumors.The cardiac autonomic nervous system achieves precise regulation of the heart through the synergistic effect of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves.A persistent imbalance of the system has been proven to be a significant driving factor in the progression of HF.This article mainly reviews the distribution and function of cardiac autonomic nerves,the mechanism of autonomic nerve imbalance in HF,detection methods,and autonomic nerve regulation strategies.It also discusses the challenges and future development directions in this field,providing new ideas for clinical diagnosis,treatment,and research of heart failure.关键词
