平脉用针视角下的络脉病辨治探析
Analysis of Differentiation and Treatment of Collateral Vessel Diseases from the Perspec-tive of Acupuncture Based on Normal Pulse

Abstract
Normal pulse-based acupuncture centers on pulse diagnosis to identify deficiency and excess of qi and blood,and the imbalances of zang-fu organs,thereby guiding reinforcing-reducing needling techniques and point selection.From the perspective of normal pulse-based acupuncture,this article argues that differentiating and treating collateral vessel diseases should begin with carefully assessing whether the patient's pulse presents the characteristic of"dai er gou"(intermittent and hooked)to confirm collateral vessel involvement.Subsequently,based on specific pulse features—including the force dynamics of the"dai er gou"pulse during its arrival and departure,its location,findings from the forearm skin examination,as well as other palpatory and visual inspections of the collaterals—the disease location and deficiency/excess syndrome can be identified.Then,according to the deficiency/excess syndrome and the location of the collateral disorder,appropriate treatments such as moxibustion,bloodletting,or tonifying/reducing manipulation with filiform needles may be applied,so as to achieve the therapeutic principle of"yi ping wei qi"(restoring balance).关键词
