中华民族共同体视域下"援藏精神"的范式转型与价值升华
From Aid to Co-construction:The Paradigm Transformation and Value Elevation of the Spirit of Aiding Xizang from the Perspective of the Community of the Chinese Nation

Abstract
General Secretary Xi Jinping's inscription for the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Xizang Autonomous Region-"jointly building a community of the Chinese nation and writ-ing a new chapter of a beautiful Xizang"-charts the course for aid work in the new era.Since Xizang's peaceful liberation,cadres engaged in aiding Xizang have upheld the spirit of this endeavor and,through sustained exchanges and integration with local ethnic communities,have deepened the sense of community for the Chinese nation.This process has driven a para-digm transformation from unilateral assistance toward genuine co-construction.Under the guid-ance of the sense of community,the spirit of aiding Xizang has been restructured across three key dimensions:the value core has shifted from"ensuring stability"to"consolidating identity";the practical mechanism has evolved from"one-way input"to"two-way mutual learning";and the cultural connotation has been elevated from"cultural respect"to"cultural co-prosper-ity."This transformation-propelled by policy evolution,practical accumulation,and cultural self-awareness-furnishes an actionable pathway for the community of the Chinese nation building while enriching both the substance of national spirit and the broader theoretical framework of community theory.关键词
