Abstract
Within the Tibetan Annals(P.T.1288)among the Dunhuang Tibetan manuscripts,the topo-nym"Khor"in the alliance site"Nyag-da Khor"should not be understood as a mere subor-dinate place name.Rather,it designates a core territorial unit of independent administrative sig-nificance within the Domé region,identifiable with reasonable geographic precision as correspond-ing to the ancient Qunke settlement in present-day Hualong County,Qinghai Province.As an important political and military center on the northeastern Tubo frontier,the positioning of"Khor"reflects both the historical context of interethnic exchange characteristic of the Domé region and the area's distinctive geographical features.The identification of the locations of"Nyag-da Khor"and"Khor"furnishes new empirical evidence for the study of administrative geography in the Domé region during the Tubo period,and contributes to a more nuanced un-derstanding of the structural organization and practical governance models of Tubo's northeastern frontier administration in the eighth century.关键词
