A New Theoretical Paradigm of Knowledge Autonomy:The Chineses Logic of the Modernization Narrative Based on Civilizational Publicness

Abstract
The global expansion of modernity has driven the process of modernization,but it has also triggered deep-seated crises such as civilizational conflicts,the dissolution of publicity,and the silencing of local knowledge.Historical materialism,through its dialectical critique of capitalist modernity and its profound interpretation of historical dynamics,provides a fundamental guideline for resolving the predicament of modernity and reconstructing the narrative of civilizational publicity.Civilizational publicity,as a core concept of the coexistence of diverse civilizations,consensus on public values,and sharing of public interests,is a key dimension for transcending the western model of modernity and constructing a new form of human civilization.Local knowledge,with its local,practical,and contextual characteristics,constitutes a reflection and supplement to the universal discourse of modernity,providing a cultural foundation and practical path for the multi-dimensional construction of civilizational publicity.Chinese-style modernization,based on historical materialism and rooted in the soil of local knowledge of Chinese excellent traditional culture,has broken through the myth of"Modernization=Westernization"and constructed a new paradigm of civilizational publicity that combines national subjectivity and human commonality,achieving exemplary creation at the theoretical,practical,and civilizational levels.Starting from the critical reflection on modernity,the paper explains the intrinsic connection between historical materialism,civilizational publicity,and local knowledge,analyzes the predicament of the western modernity publicity narrative,argues the path of civilizational publicity construction in Chinese-style modernization,reveals the exemplary value of the Chinese solution for the modernization and civilizational progress of human society,and provides theoretical references and practical inspirations for the coexistence of global diverse civilizations and the reshaping of public value.关键词
