Risk and Regulation of Artificial Intelligence Application in Criminal Justice
摘要
Abstract
Artificial intelligence(AI)is impacting social life with its rapid development,and the field of criminal justice is constantly accepting the influence and intervention of AI with a more active,positive and comprehensive attitude,and AI technology is gradually widely used in digital investigation,judicial assistance,case management and other scenarios.However,practical problems such as data security,algorithmic bias and vague attribution of judicial responsibility make criminal justice have to face up to the impact and challenge of judicial justice while enjoying the efficiency and convenience brought by AI.Therefore,we should take data rights as the core to regulate the risk of the whole chain of data processing,transparent algorithms to ensure supervision and relief,and optimize the accountability mechanism to clarify the attribution of responsibility,so as to promote the criminal justice system to move towards a more intelligent,fair and efficient direction.关键词
