Interpretation of European Stroke Organisation(ESO)guideline on visual im-pairment in stroke released in 2025
摘要
Abstract
Post-stroke visual impairment is extremely common in clinical practice,with a prevalence of up to 75％a-mong stroke survivors.However,its clinical recognition rate remains relatively low.In 2025,the European Stroke Organisati-on released a guideline on visual impairment in stroke,aiming to establish a standardized full-cycle visual management path-way.The innovation of this guideline focuses on three key dimensions:first,the establishment of a standardized active screening system;second,the formulation of type-based intervention strategies;third,the clarification of the evidence grades for various recommended measures.This article interprets the core content of the guideline regarding diagnosis and treat-ment,to provide practical references for clinicians.关键词
