摘要
Abstract
Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD),as a representative procedure in complex minimally invasive abdominal surgery,has been widely recognized for its safety.Nevertheless,postoperative complications remain a critical factor affecting patient recovery,which may lead to prolonged hospital stay,increased medical costs,and a higher risk of readmission.Therefore,the prevention and standardized treatment of complications after LPD are of great clinical significance.Although numerous clinical studies have been conducted on LPD-related postoperative complications,no consensus has been reached on the effectiveness and safety of preventive strategies.This paper systematically reviews the relevant literature over the past decade and summarizes the advances in the prevention and treatment of complications after LPD,so as to provide a reference for clinical practice.关键词
