全球生物安全研究热点与动态追踪:基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace的文献计量学分析
Research hotspots and dynamic tracking of global biosafety and biosecurity:a bibliometric analysis based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace

Abstract
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends in the field of global biosafety and biosecurity from 2007 to 2023.Methods Based on the Web of Science Core Collection database,VOSviewer,Scimago Graphica,and CiteSpace were used for bibliometric and visualization analyses of relevant papers in this field.Results A total of 17 870 papers in the field of biosafety and biosecurity were included in the study from 2007 to 2023,with an increasing trend in the number of published papers year by year.The research of biosafety and biosecurity mostly focused on bioterrorism and biological weapons in the early years,and then focused on modern biotechnology,infectious diseases,zoonotic diseases,and biological invasions.In recent years,the high-frequency keywords were COVID-19,nanoparticles,mechanisms,cancer,delivery and therapy,while the burst keywords were One Health,antibacterial and ROS,indicating that biosafety and biosecurity has become a research hotspot in emerging infectious diseases,pathogen mechanisms,nanomaterials,cancer therapy and One Health.Conclusion The research hotspots and trends in the field of biosafety and biosecurity are emerging infectious diseases,nanomaterials,and One Health related to biosafety and biosecurity,especially virology research,vaccine development,and the application of new materials.关键词
