Research on the Construction of Intellectual Property Standards System under the National Intellectual Property Strategy
摘要
Abstract
This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the intellectual property standards system construction with a combination of various research methods,and accurately identifies core issues such as lack of standards,untimely updates,poor implementation effects,and weak cross-domain collaboration.Based on the principles of systems engineering,it constructs a multi-dimensional intellectual property standards system architecture with rigorous logic,covering general foundations and eight major intellectual property fields such as copyrights,patents,and trademarks.It provides theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the improvement and development of the intellectual property standards system,and helps contribute to the high-quality development of the intellectual property cause.关键词
