Study on the Key Paths and Strategies for Standardization of Electronic Archives in Military Industrial Enterprises

Abstract
With the implementation of the Measures for the Administration of Electronic Archives,the standardization construction of electronic archives in military industrial enterprises has become a crucial task.In response to the current issues in these enterprises,such as an incomplete standards system,difficulties in technical implementation,high risks of information security and confidentiality,and insufficient personnel training and awareness,this paper proposes the following optimization strategies.First,the paper emphasizes the construction of a comprehensive and dynamically adaptive standards system.Second,the direction of technological innovation should be clarified to promote the close integration of technology and standards.Third,the confidentiality and security defense line should be established through technological enhancement.Fourth,the personnel training and assessment mechanism should be established.The above measures aim to enhance the standardization level of electronic archive management in military industrial enterprises and promote the high-quality development of electronic archive standardization.关键词
